Parking Citation – Plea of Not Guilty Form

If you have been issued a parking citation by the Wildwood Police Department for a violation of the City of Wildwood’s parking ordinance, you may either: (1) pay the civil penalty as instructed on the parking citation or (2) contest the citation by completing and returning (either by mail or in person) a Plea of Not Guilty Form.  The Plea of Not Guilty Form is available by following the link below or can be obtained from the Wildwood City Clerk’s office, City Hall, 100 N. Main Street, Wildwood, Florida.  You have ten (10) days from the date of issuance of the parking citation to complete and return (either by mail or in person) the Plea of Not Guilty Form to the City Clerk’s office.  Mailed forms should be sent to City Hall, 100 N. Main Street, Wildwood, Florida 34785.
