Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center

The Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center offers a rental facility that holds up to 70 people in addition to a kitchen. It is available to rent the public and serves a perfect location for parties, dances, plays, banquets and meetings.

Rental Information

Amenities and meeting rooms are available for rent to the public on a first come, first serve basis, as available. There are rental fees to users for reserved exclusive use based on the following categories:

Category 1: Any city resident or business renting facilities for a private function.

Category 2: Any non-city resident or business renting facilities for a private function.

Category 3: Any commercial, business, or individual renting facilities for the purpose of non-profit/educational purposes.

Reservations

A $100.00 deposit of the total rental secures a rental booking date for any building rental with remaining balance due 14 days prior to first booking date. The reservation fee does go towards your final total and is nonrefundable if an applicant cancels their reservation.
