Open Space Rentals
Open Space rentals encompass open grass areas, decks, and large space festivals for events or activities on park property. A minimum of 2 hours is required to rent, 100% payment is required to receive a rental permit. The rental rates are determined based on the following amount of people attending.
Athletics
Fields are only used for approved activities pertaining to the field. All tournaments must be approved by the city and additional fees may apply. A minimum payment of $200 must be made if rental permit exceeds $200. The excess must be paid at least 14 days prior to first booking date. If the field rental permit total is less than $200, the full amount must be paid in full to receive a rental permit.

Concessions
Food and beverage concessions will be handled exclusively by the City of Wildwood Parks and Recreation Department. If exclusivity is waived at the discretion of Director or designee and concessions are handled by an outside vendor, the City of Wildwood will receive 10% of gross sales of concessions and $50 refundable damage deposit. A written agreement between the outside vendor and the City is required as well as a concessionaire application to receive a permit.
