Wildwood Community Center
Built in 2003, the Wildwood Community Center at Millennium Park offers rental space for any size event. The Community Center is comprised of five (5) different rooms that can be configured in different ways to accommodate your event’s needs. Each room features audio controls through our BOSE sound system making it easier to hook up mics, iPods, or any other audio devices. The Washington Room offers both audio and visual capabilities with three (3) 70” HDTV displays perfect for any presentation or meeting.
The Community Center is also host to a variety of programs like Zumba, Yoga and Chair Yoga as well as special events. It is available to rent to the public and serves as a perfect location for weddings, parties, dances, plays, banquets and meetings.
Rental Information
Amenities and meeting rooms are available for rent to the public on a first come, first serve basis, as available. There are rental fees to users for reserved exclusive use based on the following categories:
Category 1: Any City resident or business renting facilities for a private function or a recreational class or a not-for profit organization renting facilities for an organizational function, to raise funds for charity, or for the maintenance of an organization.
Category 2: Any Non-City resident or business renting facilities for a private function or a recreational class or a not-for profit organization renting facilities for an organizational function, to raise funds for charity, or for the maintenance of an organization.
Category 3: Any Commercial, business, or individual renting facilities for the purpose of publicity, advertising, sales, or any other for-profit purposes.
Reservations
A 25% deposit of the total rental secures a rental booking date for any building rental with remaining balance due 14 days prior to first booking date. The reservation fee does go towards your final total and is nonrefundable if an applicant cancels their reservation.
